Subscription Policy
This Subscription Policy forms part of our Terms of Use & Service and explains how subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and refunds work for Wittio. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Subscription Plans
Wittio is offered on a subscription basis. All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee at the start of your subscription period and on each renewal date thereafter, at the then-current subscription price.
We offer the following subscription plans:

All prices are displayed in USD for users in the United States. For users in other supported regions, prices are converted into the applicable local currency (GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, JPY, or other) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase. The exact price applicable to you will always be shown on the payment page. Please review it carefully before completing your purchase.
We may charge subscription fees in a single transaction or in a series of separate transactions.
2. Payment Method
Payment is charged to the payment method you provide at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase, you authorise Wittio (or our authorised third-party payment processor) to automatically charge the applicable renewal fee to your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel your subscription.
You authorise Wittio to share your payment details with our third-party payment processor solely for the purpose of processing your payments. Your credit or debit card provider may charge additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions, for which we are not responsible.
3. Discounted and Promotional Offers
We may, from time to time, offer special introductory pricing, promotional discounts, or limited-time offers. Unless otherwise stated, any discounted offer will automatically renew at the standard, non-discounted renewal price upon expiry of the promotional period. The applicable renewal price will always be clearly indicated on the payment page at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellation
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription in either of the following ways:

Log in to your account and navigate to My Profile → Manage Membership → Cancel Plan; or

Upon cancellation, your access to Wittio will continue until the end of your current paid period. Your subscription will then expire, and no further charges will be made. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except as described in Section 5 below.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time if you fail to pay the applicable fees, violate our Terms of Use & Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
5. Refunds
We want every user to have a positive experience with Wittio. Our refund policy is as follows:
Standard Refund Window. You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial registration date. Requests submitted within this window will be reviewed and, if approved, will result in a full or partial refund of the subscription fee paid for the current billing period.
This goodwill policy is applied at our discretion and is separate from any statutory rights you may have.
Promotional Credits. Any promotional credits or bonus amounts added to your account by Wittio remain the property of Wittio at all times. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and will expire 30 days after being issued, unless otherwise stated.
Right to Refuse. We reserve the right to decline any refund request if you have violated any provision of our Terms of Use & Service.
EU / EEA / Switzerland Residents. If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of entering into it. However, by expressly requesting immediate access to our Service upon purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be reduced proportionally to reflect the value of the Service already provided to you up to the point of your withdrawal request.

6. Translations
This Subscription Policy is provided in English. Any translation is for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
